GrandRapidsStormRoofing.com is an independent informational site about hiring roofing companies in Grand Rapids and West Michigan. We are not a roofing contractor, we don't install or repair roofs, and we are not owned by any company listed here.
Why storm-focused?
Because that's the Grand Rapids reality. Lake-effect snow and ice dams all winter, hail and wind off Lake Michigan from spring through summer, and freeze-thaw cycles that age shingles early. Generic roofing advice written for milder climates misses the things that actually fail here — and every significant hail event brings a wave of out-of-state storm chasers to Kent County doorsteps. This site exists to make the local, licensed option easier to find.
How companies get listed
We review each company's own website and record only the facts it publishes: name, location, phone, services and history. Companies need a real Grand Rapids metro presence and storm-relevant capability to be included. Ratings, review counts and license numbers we cannot independently verify are shown as "—" — we'd rather show a dash than a guess. No company can pay to be listed or to rank higher.
How we make money
